* Promotion in the Member Directory and Member Page
* Shabby Cottage Shops Public Ning
* Host Various Special Events
* Shabby Cottage Shops reserves the right to add, modify or delete services at their sole discretion, taking into consideration the best interest of Shabby Cottage Shops and the Members of Shabby Cottage Shops. We also exercise our right to refuse membership.
* Shabby Cottage Shops cannot be held responsible for any errors in magazine publications - any such errors will be corrected in the next publication of the National Magazine or venue of publication.* | |

I, as a member of Shabby Cottage Shops agree to:
* Place the member banner on the front page of website and blog
* Pay my membership dues on time
* Promotion in the Member Directory and Member Page
* Treat each member with respect and courtesy
* Handle all Customer Service issues in a timely manner with the utmost priority and courtesy
* Notify Shabby Cottage Shops 30 days in advance should you decide not to renew your membership. If no notice is given, you will be billed one month membership fees equal to your level of membership plan.

* Non-payment of Membership dues in a timely fashion
* Disclosing Private information relating to promotions, events or forum chats or posts which directly affect Shabby Cottage Shops or their members
